Louise Ganitis, Trainer

Louise Ganitis is a former professional athlete, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu competitor. The intense training experience, and recurring injuries since early ages set up the path for what became her career: a mix between fitness and wellness. Her approach with clients are based on a deep connection between the body, and the mind, focusing on mutual relaxation based on breathing techniques, muscle release, stretching, and proper muscle activation. Originally from Brazil, she has been in New York City for almost 10 years. She is a dedicated mom, group fitness instructor, and certified personal trainer.

Stephen Stahl

Stephen Stahl has over 10 years of experience working in the fitness industry and has worked with people of all ages and fitness levels. Working independently with clients to help improve their lives through exercise and lifestyle adjustments is what he is most passionate about. His vision is to bridge the gap between the medical and exercise fields by being more collaborative with physical therapists, chiropractors, medical doctors, and other fitness professionals. Stephen attended New York Institute of Technology in Manhattan and is a Post Rehab Conditioning Specialist (PRCS) certified through the American Academy of Health Fitness and Rehab Professionals (AAHRP). His experience working as a trainer for a physical therapist led him to this area of specialty when he noticed that patients were left with very few options for maintenance after their physical therapy was complete.

Alain Saint-Dic, Trainer

Alain Saint-Dic was born in Montreal, Canada, raised in Brooklyn and attended College at CCNY. Though he graduated with a degree in Pre-Law, he found his passion in fitness midway through college. Understanding the alchemical impact that fitness has on the mind and body, Alain decided to pursue a life of transforming the lives of others. Alain has 11 years of experience coaching fitness and runners under his belt and he also served as the Head Track Coach at The Chapin School. He is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer , Performance Enhancement Specialist and USA Track and Field Certified Coach.

Pamela Kalechofsky, Trainer

Pamela is a 200 hour certified Yoga Instructor, registered with Yoga Alliance, and holds a Reiki Level I Certification. She earned a BFA in Dance and an MA in Education. Pamela plays singing bowls and works with her innate abilities to assist in healing through a variety of modalities including sound, assists, and movement.

Adriana Salgado, Trainer

Adriana has been in the fitness and health industry since 2013, and a Argentine Tango professional instructor and performer for over 20 years.  Developing a training style that is functional and engaging, she has been focused on helping individuals to optimize their mobility through a strong emphasis on proper posture, strength conditioning, flexibility and balance. Adriana is grateful to inspire people to change and enhance theirs life style habits through clean eating and exercise. She holds several certifications including NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Fitness Nutrition Specialist.
